My AC shut down and wasn't sure why. I called Comfort Experts to come and have a look. I believe his name was Steve. He was very polite and professional besides being punctual. He located the issue which was behind some newly installed drywall. He went and got the new part which was a condensation pump. He had to cut into the newly installed drywall which we decided to actually put in an access point so we wouldn't have to do this again. He did an amazing job and I love that my AC is working fine and the access point looks it belongs. Will definitely be calling on Comfort Experts for additional maintenance on my AC unit moving forward.

I am very pleased with the Comfort Experts service I had today. The technician, Tom, arrived on time. Not only did he service the air conditioner, he assisted me with setting the thermostat and replaced the air filters. He was professional and personable. He took extra time to ensure the air conditioning system was running efficiently.
