Colonial Chem-Dry

Before he even unloaded his equipment, my tech., Cam, was very open and honest in explaining what to expect in terms of results on my very stained carpet. He was clearly wanting to make sure that there were no surprises and that , if I didn't want to proceed, he would move on to his next customer. No problem.Great attitude ! That's what I call "customer focused". Nice guy and obviously great customer service training from Colonial ChemDry ! As it turned out I went ahead with the job, he worked very hard to optimize results, and I was totally satisfied that my expectations were exceeded. I'm already planning to have ChemDry return soon to do more carpet/floor cleaning. I'm sure all their techs are good....but I'll ask for Cam ! Read more >

The service was absolutely amazing. I was worried about a set stain the we had on our matress and didnt think it was going to come out. For my very first experience I'm very much impressed. The tech Joe was very nice , i would recommend him to anyone. Frim the start of the vacuuming to the shampooing was a learning experience.
