Had to turn them away because the pay system is jacked up. They show 1/8 of a truck being ~$100, so we assumed a couch and a table and a box spring would be just a little over, but nope. Tried saying it was $350…that’s crazy, and it seems this happens a lot. I’m giving one star because your employees who are doing all of the heavy lifting are having to waste time showing up to peoples homes only for them to be turned away because the pricing is crazy. The stuff we had would’ve taken 10 minutes to put into the truck…10 min for $350…man I might be in the wrong business. I can’t speak on moving for this company, but if you’re looking for junk pick up I’d steer very clear to avoid an awkward situation (go hire the neighborhood boys)
