these guys are amazing, I've only used them for junk removal, but both times they showed up on time, calling about 30 minutes before hand, and were fast! I just moved out of a second floor 1 bdrm apt, after 12 years!!! I did a declutter project first, and I ended up with more than stuff than they were able to take at one time, but they were great about it, took what they could, and came back in about 45 minutes to get the rest and were so nice about it. The second time was just to clear out the rest of the junk once i for moved out. Owner Dave Steinman has personally called me both times to confirm my appointment and go over the quoted amount, and he is so friendly, and really is able to put you at ease.
