I called several times that morning once my time window (1:00 to 3:30pm or so) had approached and I had not heard from the movers. Their office had him reach out to me and I heard from him at 3:30 saying they were running behind. I had not heard back by 5 so I called again and the mover reached out at 5:30 saying he was finishing up a job. He ended up showing up around 6:30 or so by himself and got started but when he was almost done, two other guys showed up who were complaining the whole time. One of my plants was not in the way but it got knocked over and I wasn’t notified - he just threw it back in the pot and it’s dead now. There was also a mess of soil on the carpet for me to clean up once I realized.

They were adamant they would not move the couch up to my apartment unless there was an elevator that it fit in. This was after they had already loaded the couch into...
