I just called to simply get a quote. The lady I spoke with, unfortunately I did not get her name, was not kind. She was rude but with the “customer service voice” rudeness.
I have been in customer service for a long time. I rarely ever give reviews. But this one deserves my review today. She spoke so fast giving me quotes, and when I asked for her to repeat, there she went with her customer service voice rudeness. But she was that way from the beginning when I mentioned I wasn’t moving until June. Apparently that’s a problem to call 3 months in advance. But she was sure able to take a $99 deposit after the quotes. Why would I pay a deposit if you can’t promise me the same quotes in June? I was just calling for an estimate.

I will be looking else where for movers.

I would highly suggest that your employees read the book Excellence Wins by Horst Schulze....

These guys were on time, polite, and quick. They arrived on time and were a delight. Calling to schedule was easy and they arrived the next day. I will definitely use them again!
