College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving of Plano

This company is a total scam. I was under the impression that when they said 1/8 truck, half truck etc, it meant it would FILL that space, not take up a little bit of the floor room. They threw one mattress and a recliner in there and called it half of a truck. Plus they showed up with a giant truck that they said wasn’t the right measurement. That is not my problem. It made their calculation so skewed. I’ve moved an entire one bedroom apartment in a 10x8 trailer, and somehow here we didn’t even have half of one room of stuff and they charged us for one 16ft truck and a half. This was truly the biggest ripoff job I’ve ever paid for, not only was the volume miscalculated, but I was not told ahead of time that labor was charged at $150/hr after the first 45 mins??? Which is absolutely reasonable I mean they are working for a certain amount of time and should be paid, however that was...

Used last year to empty my Mothers apartment after she passed. Most items were in excellent shape. They says they would donate to charity and give wa receipt…. Never heard from them again… some pieces of furniture were very nice… 🤷🏼‍♂️
