I used this company back in ‘23 and everything went okay in the beginning.

My issue though is my fridge was dented by the movers during transport to my new residence although I dissembled it to make things easier with fitting through doors including taking the doors off. It was not secured properly in the moving truck.

The worst part was the movers left with $100 of my moving blankets I paid for, referred me to their manager to ask for them back instead of coming back to my house to return them.

Never heard back from the manager either. Mind you I even helped the movers to make things as easy as possible, and provided a generous tip.

Because of this I will not be using this company again, and suggest for people to look elsewhere as this was a very poor customer experience.

I’ll never use this service again!

I’ve moved multiple times and have never had so much property damage. At first I was content with my experience, but over the last two weeks I’ve noticed more and more damages.

I now have damaged picture frames, the seat of one of my dining chairs fully comes off now, they broke two legs off of my dresser and one leg off of one of my bookcases, they’ve damaged the flooring in my apartment, and much more!

Save yourself the grief and go with a different moving company. :/

Great experience with College Hunks junk removal service. Would highly recommend using.

College Hunks legit saved my move. I originally booked a different moving company and no joke, the day before I was supposed to move the mover called me and stated he was quitting. I called that company and they were unable to find another mover. In a panic, I called around and College Hunks not only gave me a cheaper rate, but was able to come the next day during the time window I had reserved the freight elevator for. Would def recommend.
