I had an amazing experience with College Hunks! It was my first time using movers, and they truly made a lasting impression. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, with excellent communication skills. They were super efficient and took great care in wrapping my items to ensure no damage occurred. Despite moving from a second-floor apartment to another second-floor apartment, they handled it with ease. Had tons of items in the garage attic - yep, that one - up the creepy, creaky 30yr old pull down ladder. My 76 year old hubby wanted to do the clean out, I said no way and called College Hunks Hauling Junk. VERY professional on the phone throughout the appointment process and via several calls/texts to confirm what we needed done. They came today and were gone in less than an hour. I really liked Alex- the owner and estimator. He was professional, quick, accommodating, and knew exactly what I wanted. His pricing was fair without surprises and he gave me a customer appreciation token afterwards. His team however started off strong but were unable to complete the tasks without a few errors and unable to unpack as flawlessly as I am sure Alex or I wanted.
