They were able to pick up with less than one day notice during my move. They were easy to communicate with, and the 2 movers were respectful and friendly. I would use them again. The local Plano affiliate was efficient and friendly as well.

College Hunk Plano/Garland

I have used College Hunk before but this was the first time I had a worse than bad experience. There were many things that went wrong.
1. I never received the 3 wardrobe boxes for my clothes. Now they must be packed and moved. I have pictures of my clothes still sitting in my closet.
2. I had a furniture dresser that was placed at the dumpster as trash. It now has to be moved in a separate trip. I must pay for somebody to load this on a truck and it be taken to my final destination. I MUST PAY FOR THIS! I have pictures of this dresser sitting at the dumpster.
3. When I got to my final destination, the unloaders were so upset at what they saw. They barely got the door open. They had to asked me to be responsible for them to open U Haul back door if they warped it, because the items were on the door. I have pictures of how this...

I've never had a better moving experience. Alex and his team are incredibly professional, they took great care of our stuff. Showed up on time, worked hard and they made our move very easy. The highlight at the end was that final bill was exactly what the estimate was. Make sure you go to the Plano/Frisco College Hunks team, they are the ones with all the great reviews here. The professionalism and care Alex, John, and their team gave to our belongings and home were beyond what we expected. We have used this company twice and will continue to do so. They were on time, took care of our belongings, and placed them where we needed. The trash was taken with them when they left. Great company for moving, hauling, unloading, junk removal, etc.! I will be recommending them to anyone I know that they can assist.
