College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving of Plano

This was my 2nd College Hunks move of 2024, & it was just as great as the 1st. John proactively contacted me to confirm details about 1-2 weeks in advance. The moving team arrived on the frontend of the time window (5min early, actually) & handled everything in a time-efficient manner. No damages exp during the move. The guys even placed items in designated areas upon request. I'll continue being a repeat customer, if I have to move again. Thanks y'all!

Best moving experience! John sent his A-team and I couldn’t be happier with how quick and efficient Tyler and Sirdarian were throughout the entire process. They were able to take so many boxes at once but were extra careful with my things. They also got the job done quicker than expected. I’ve done the same move in the same distance and previous movers took the max 6 hours. College Hunks did it all in less than 4! To top it off, they had great attitudes the entire time. 1000% recommend!

Scheduling an appointment to pick up my junk could not have been any more easy. Scheduling on the phone went well and even received the same day service! The workers that picked Up my junk were very friendly and professional. They called before they arrived and it was a very smooth transaction. Would highly recommend using them.

I had a disappointing experience with this moving company due to damages to my property and poor communication afterward. I would not recommend using College Hunks Hauling.

On November 29th, two movers were sent to relocate furniture from our 3-bedroom townhouse to a new home just a street away. One mover was new, polite, and seemed cautious, but the lead mover was less careful and unprofessional. My concern about scheduling right after Thanksgiving—fearing the company might not send their best—unfortunately proved correct.

During the move, they caused significant damage, including three deep scratches on our less-than-year-old $1,800 65” Samsung TV. These scratches were made by a utility knife as the lead mover cut away tape and bubble wrap while leaning over the TV. Despite my offer of scissors to avoid this, the damage occurred. Called late the night before to find a moving company that would pack and move my MIL into Memory Care the next day, New Years Eve. They not only were able to meet our needs but were very professional and handled everything with care. I highly recommend.
