They came to my rescue when no one else would & packed what was left after a lightning caused fire. It was difficult with soot on everything & the smell & smoke was awful. However, some of the men packing were angry & very vocal when I was gone & the principal of the company (thier boss). Rather than ask or explain why parts of a favorite black enamel dresser was downstairs & broke. I would have had son move it but too late! Also, sloppy packing i.e. some boxes half full & burned pieces of furniture were packed rather than trashed. Finally, so much good stuff was left behind that I had my sons & family pack, move, & rented a separate single garage sized storage unit to store the remaining furniture. This is the third time that I am using this company, and I’ve always been extremely satisfied. Today both Justin and Alex were wonderful.
