I used them to haul off some junk and take donations to Goodwill because their website lists that as a selling point and I was told that was the service by the person who scheduled the service. It seems like they just took everything to the dump. It took two loads and after the second load, Alberto said they weren’t charging extra take it to the dump. I tried calling to make sure they didn’t take our donations to the dump. They never responded or sent the tax deduction form they promised, so I can only assume they took our donations to the trash. Their pricing is very deceptive as well. When I scheduled the service they said they charged by how much of the truck I space it took. On the day, they said it was also an hourly charge.
