College Dudes Help U Move

They moved my father out of an assisted living facility. They were jovial and kept us smiling the entire time. They wore face mask and gloves. I appreciate their hard work.

I hired them to pick up my mattress. They delivered my brand new King size mattress and boxspring and managed to get it up the stairs without damaging my walls.

We have moved 10 times in the past 16 years. This was one of our worst experiences.

The movers:
- refused to work for the first hour they were there,
- packed boxes on a cart too high and let them fall off the cart, repeatedly, - packed a cart with too many items, making it too wide for a hallway and then banged the furniture against the wall the entire time.
- tried to pick up furniture that was too big for one person, fell over, banged against the wall, then TRIED AGAIN AND FELL AGAIN, banging the antique bed against the wall again.
- refused to use furniture pads, and packed antique wood furniture against metal warehouse shelves.
- flat out refused to move things to the location we specified multiple times, even though we had specifically booked them for that purpose and cleared it through all of the higher ups.

College Dudes Unloaded my 16 foot Uhaul truck. The completed the job in less than 2 hours. Very affordable and worked really fast.

Great Experience. Good Movers and clean truck. They did ding up my dryer a bit trying to get it up the stairs, but I submitted a claim and they took care of it by giving me a rebate.

You know that you are going to have a good experience when the owner takes the time to drop in on your move. Abraham, who owns the company, came by and checked on the guys. He also spent considerable time speaking with me about my experience and what they could do to make the move better. I appreciate his desire to keep improving. They did an amazing job and I will hire again if I ever need to move

Abraham and Hannibal were great to work with. They took time to speak with me before my move and even followed up with me after my move. I didnt find out until later that they are the owners. Its good to see companies that really care about their customers.
