The 2 people who actually did the move were on time and efficient. However, they were not provided with any tools to take apart furniture (which I was told would be done) and they did not pack my electronics, which I was NOT told upfront. I also found that one of my beds that had a leather headboard was damaged during the move with scratches in the leather. We found that headboard wouldn’t fit thru the door, but because they did not have tools, I had to end up taking apart the headboard myself after they left. There was also a comment that I could be charged for extra time because I had to go buy tools to take the headboard apart.

You get what you pay for - I will not use again.

The appointment was easy to arrange and the sales staff did a great job explaining the process. The moving team was on time and worked very hard in the rain. Moved my one-bedroom apartment from the third floor with no elevator. They were super tired but pushed through all of the stairs.

I will continue to move using College Dudes Help U Move- A few minor dings to my furniture but that is to be expected with such a large move. They got my entire 6-bedroom home moved in within 1 day. They sent 10 guys to do the job and everyone worked in unison and communicated very well.

We couldnt have been happier with our 2 guys. They did a amazing job installing the new furniture. It was a very difficult install.

Amazing Customer Service from top to bottom. Excellent trustworthy movers who seem to really care about doing a good job
