Buyer Beware Warning: It’s all true weather you believe me or not. Honestly I couldn’t believe it myself. I’m still in disbelief. They show up on time, we go over the inventory list only to discover it’s missing items I requested to be packed. I asked do you guys get a break, lunch how does this work since I’m paying $160.00 an hour. No we will get something when we are on our way to the delivery address, we’ll clock out. Okay just start on the listed items. They start packing 2 hours end we give them cold drinks, go then we went and bought water and Gatorade. After almost 5 hours they finish. Time to head to delivery a 14 minute drive. They show up 30 minutes later stop to eat. Arrive to my home come in to see where furniture will go. Decided to let me cash out so the clock will not charge another five hours to unload and reassemble to put in the proper rooms. Stupid me pay thinking...

My move was a “small” move as many other companies told me. Two beds, three dressers, a dining table and a couch. No boxes or anything else. I will say that when the two guys finally showed up, they were very nice and respectful and hardworking. However, they REEKED of weed. To the point where I had to fabreeze my couch once delivered because just from being in the truck for 45 minutes, it stunk!

I would also like to add that they had no tools with them. So the promise that the workers would take apart our bed for the move and then reassemble it was incorrect. I had to do it myself.

As far as the company, they gave me a window of 2pm-4pm. The workers showed up at 4:08. With no phone call. If I hadn’t called the company twice to see what the deal was, I would have no idea what was going on.

The saving grace for the review is the workers...

1. Nothing about the moving process and what to expect was explained before move date.
2. Drivers did not show up because I missed their phone call, but someone was at the apartment and I was on my way home. I had to call the office to get approval for them to come and move me.
3. Many of my things were left behind because they said the truck was full, but actually it was packed improperly. I payed over $1200.00 and still had to get other people to help me get the rest of my stuff. The movers were sometimes standing around outside laughing and talking.
4. After the truck arrived to my new place I was told that they could not unload the truck until I signed for the payment. This was never mentioned. Even worst, I couldn't see the total amount until after I signed. This is totally wrong on many levels.
5. Many of my items were broken and I will never use...

Absolutely hated the experience was told one thing about the move and they charged me 800 dollars and moved only 10 items once again one of the worse experience I’ve ever had

A few of my furniture items were damaged and they didn’t bring the tools they needed to move my refrigerator.
