College Dudes did a great job. Will Rehire. They came in right on time and on budget.

Overall, my experience was poor and I will not use College Dudes Help U Move again. I completed two moves in the last couple months. Both estimates proved to be extremely low and felt misleading (bait and switch). Many on my furniture pieces were damaged during my second move and my 45" flat screen TV went missing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was charge more then quoted on the truck fee. Then the guys talk to the company on the phone for 30 mins and I got charge for that time. Broke the fire extinguisher at my complex. Broke my peloton bike - my monitor will not move anymore. Hire 3 guys and some would work while the other stood there. Had to tell them to do something.

They were TERRIBLE....unprepared, not motivated and didn't know how to pack a box. I had many broken items becuase it wasn't packed correctly. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. PAY the extra money to someone who knows what they are doing.

Two movers showed up when we were promised three. People call out of work. I get that. But then we were told since there was only two they couldn’t move our whole house. We were also told that they couldn’t take anything not on our “inventory”. When we booked it, the person I spoke to asked a series of questions about the large items we had but nothing else. If you are only going to take what’s on this inventory list then you need to ask about EVERYTHING WE NEED MOVED and specify this. This whole experience was extremely stressful. Hands down the worst experience we have ever had with a moving company. The men who came out to move us were good. Many of my furniture items were damaged in the move which the movers took pictures of. The home we moved out of was extremely damaged on the walls and door frames from them moving furniture.
