During my consultation with Dr.Cohen, I mentioned I wanted to be glasses free. He recommended EnVista Envy for my right eye and Clareon Vivity lens for my left eye. I had the procedures three weeks apart in March of 2026. About five months later I can report I’m very happy with the choice to use those lens. I no longer need reading glasses, even for small print. My distance vision is great also. There are halos or rings around lights at night, but I’ve gotten used to them. I don’t drive much, but I don’t believe they would be a problem. Was smooth painless thanks!

It took me a year to find Dr. Cohen after a few consults in my state of NC. I came across his YouTube channel and it was very informative. So, I scheduled a zoom consult and Dr. Cohen upfront prescribed me two eye drops (Xiidra & Meibo) to help my dry eye and improve my cataract surgery experience. The drops were extremely helpful and the surgery went well. Dr. Cohen takes time to understand the patient's condition and lifestyle to help recommend the lens that is best fit. He also double checks eye measurements. The eye surgeons in NC do not answer questions, do not ask about your lifestyle and are pretty much stuck in the conventional cataract surgery using mono-focal lenses. Dr. Cohen is a progressive surgeon and goes the extra mile to perfect the cataract procedure for better outcomes. He has the lowest infection rate in the US and the highest patient satisfaction record. Dr....

Second surgery have extreme dry eye, while first surgery had no dry eye. 2 days after stll red and swollen. Still blurry vision, it's bad. First eye saw 20/20 day after and was clear with no redness or swelling. Second eye did not port well with laser and was very uncomfortable. Lots of pressure. My eye felt like it got punched. Look forward to it clearing up so I can see.

It’s been two full days since my surgery and my eye is much better – still slightly blurry, however, I know that that will clean up in the next couple days – it was a simple quick surgery and I have the utmost faith in Dr. Cohen – thanks for everything!

I found out Cole to be very thorough and pleasant. There was a bit of a long wait time for my actual appointment when I got to see Dr. Cohen but again I would have to say that the experience was very pleasant and informative. Dr. Collins representative Gabrielle Perez Never contacted me to give me pricing information however. Thus far, I don’t know what Dr. Cohen services it would cost.

Overall, I like Dr. Cohen very much. I also enjoyed interacting with Dr. Patel who is his assistant Ophthalmologist. She was very thoughtful and insightful.
