An excellent experience! The videos sent to me prior to each step of the procedure answered all the questions I would have asked and provided me with even more information explaining every step of the procedure in advance so that I was an informed and confident patient. Additionally, every staff member was very kind and took great care to ensure that my experience was smooth and comfortable. Most importantly, I WAS ABLE TO SEE PERFECTLY THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!! Dr. Cohen is an absolute master in his field. He treats his patients with the utmost care and explains everything fully and calmly. The instructions of what you as the patient need to do before and after cataract surgery is so understandable and through.
