The waiting room is the reason why this place did not get 5 stars. It's a joke. The reception will just talk to each other while you're standing in front of them to check in. I found them highly unprofessional.

Dr. To was exceptional and so were the technicians. Dr. To's examination was very thorough. She explained everything in layman's terms, unlike some doctors that use too much medical jargon.
