Took my 8yr old here for the first time because of her pediatrician recommendation. As soon as I walked in the office front desk was very welcoming. The gentleman who helped me was very polite and friendly. After signing in it took about 6-10 minutes to be called in which was great because other offices I usually wait longer. The young lady who called us in was so friendly as well and it being the first time to my little one she went over what she was going to do step by step which made my already nervous little one less nervous. After putting the eye drops we waited another 10-15 minutes to be called by another gentleman which he was so friendly as well and treated my little one with kindness, then we saw the doctor and he was very polite and very attentive to my my questions. The doctor explained step by step what was done even though the other two staff members explained previously...
