I’ve been going to this facility for well over 10 years & have had no bad experiences. The staff has always been very professional, friendly & pleasant to deal with. They are also patient & are not prone to rush you through your exam - always asking if you have any questions when exam is completed.

I have had regular eye exams at the Institute. They are very through, professional & kept a close watch on caterats in both my eyes. When it came time to remove the first one, Dr. Cohen preformed the procedure. Everyone from check in to pre & post procedure was very nice & again professional. I received phone calls & text messages to check on me that evening. Dr. Cohen also sent a text. The next day follow up exam was done by Dr. Cohen & not an associate. Appreciate this office staff and doctors. All are kind, professional and helpful. Usually go for annual visits and new glasses. Recently had to go for an eye issue and was accepted in same day. All turned out ok but it was nice to feel cared for and issues addressed. Selection of glasses is pretty nice too. Had a separate issue with my glasses and the team replaced them without issues.
