Worst Front desk staff ever, We spoke to a lady called Armaya, she is not even listening to what we are saying, she refused to take the member ID to double check if they take our insurance, we spoke to our insurance company and doubled check the this specific office is covered, called back to confirm the appointment and STILL SHE IS INSISTING WE ARE NOT COVERED.
If you don't want to take patients, simply say it. DON"T BE RUDE.

Update: I have got contacted by the office manager who was totally the opposite in how she talks, very professional, polite and caring, she apologized and promised that this won't happen again, she scheduled our appointments at the same call as well. Read more >
