Dr. Chen provides comprehensive and compassionate care.She answers questions in a thorough and patient manner and actively listens to her patients' concerns.The nurses and personnel in all areas of the practice are professional and congenial. Kelly and Kellianne (tront desk) are attentive and responsive and ask all the right questions to triage emergency calls and intervene with insurance companies and pharmacies.

Haven’t yet begun the therapies recommended by the doctor but was grateful and impressed that their office called me after my initial visit to explain that they made a billing error and would be refunding me all but the copay. Well done!
