First impressions are everything when going to an office for the first time, the ladies at the front desk were so nice & welcoming. They're also very understanding & accommodating when scheduling an appt. The office waiting area is very clean, which personally, I find relaxing when I'm waiting to be seen. Dr. Cohen walked in the room with a very welcoming smile & was very nice. She was thorough with her exam to help me find a solution to my problem & quick too. Been there for consultation of Lasik. The check up was thorough and all the staff was very courteous and respectful. Dr Cohen checked my eye again(after all the earlier check ups) and gave me the best option. He was very polite and answered most of my questions.
