Limited exposure to entire staff but Dr. Chen is certainly great to work with and tells it like it is, professionally. Does her exam and THEN asks if there are specific improvements that a patient might want/need re prescription for new glasses, good communication, I like that. Entire staff that I met was accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Not just scripted answers, in my opinion. Very easy transition from Chen to scrip to new glasses with optician who checked my med coverage to verify any discounts available, as did office desk. Excellent experience. Read more >
