This place has been going down in patient customer service over the years. I’ve been bringing my senior citizen mother here for past several years and the technicians are either impatient or get cranky with her language and hearing issues. Despite the fact that I show up with her as her translator! The only reason I gave three stars is because Dr Chen is great! Hope they look into it! Update: Had a chat with the office manager and they said they will look into it...revising review so that it does not negatively impact Dr Chen! Read more >
