Cohen Eye Institute Old Bridge always provides a quick, compassionate, and effective appointment. The front end staff is terrific and always helpful. The techs and Dr. Argano always address my concerns and any issues I have with my eyes are corrected very quickly either they appointment or with a quick follow to see if treatment is working. I dislike going to the doctors in general and I am always happy (and never uncomfortable) to go to my appointments at CHI OB due to all the staff and doctor.

Dr Nathalie Chen is this best doctor that I encountered. She is so knowledgeable & is helpful with me having Rosacea in Eyes & Face. Plus I have Macular Degeneration of the Retina. She performed IPL/RL on the Rosacea which helps improve my condition. She personally calls you if you have to talk of her about anything your going through or have her staff get back to quickly. I been going to this office for years when Dr Blondo & Dr Feit was around but now changed over to Cohen Eye Institute. I live in Ocean County & I definitely make the trip to see Dr Nathalie Chen she is worth the trip, my husband also see her too. I also get my eyeglasses there too.

Excellent patient experience. Lovely office staff. Dr Cohen is personable and takes the time to explains the procedure well. Shoshana is wonderful! She answers all your questions, gives you everything you need and is available for any additional questions afterwards. Truly happy I am in their hands for my cataract surgery.

Initially I was referred to Dr Cohen by a friend for cataract surgery and I loved him from the start. However he's not there and everyone who works there seems to work hard to shore up that feeling. My only observation is that there seems to be no one among the office staff that seems to be in Charge. There are the women who sit in the office in the front and I assume they are in charge. The others are trusted employees who for the most part do
their job well. However, as a patient I need someone to go to if I have something good or bad to say. I feel it is the personal touch Dr Cohen conveyed to me on my first visit. Also Would like to mention the arrangement the office has when a patient has a procedure. Arranging for a drop off and pick up is a wonderful Thing when you can't see clearly. and as a patient, it is a plus.

Natalie Chen was professional and thorough but I have not been able to get the eye drop I am to use for 6 weeks because no one has sent what is necessary to insurance yet

I was happy with the surgery, only minor complaint is that I need to go back to the Hamilton surgery center
Which is far and costs transportation to get there for a 2 minute fix.
