I have seen a couple doctors here, At cohen eye institute, I have not had one bad experience. Everyone is so nice makes you feel like your with family. I absolutely love this place and would recommend everyone to go here. I see Dr. Chen and I can’t express how amazing she is. She really helped me when I was having vision issues. It was no easy fix but she never stopped trying until I was comfortable and happy. I will never go anywhere else. The ladies Valerie and Vicky are always the sweetest and make you feel so comfortable. They get you in and out quickly. I can not forget Kelli Ann who always checks me in. She knows exactly who I am each time I enter the office and the check in process could not be any easier. The rest of my family visits here as well and they have the same experience.
