Dr. Blondo had been our ophthalmologist from the early 1980's when we moved to O.B. After moving to Freehold in 1994, we continued to see him until he retired in 2018.
Subsequently, I have been seeing Dr. Chen (six times). She is an excellent Dr, who is extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly has an exceptional personality and people skills with consistency. I was concerned that no one will be able to fill Dr. Blondo's shoes, when he retired. However, Dr. Chen shadows him. As a result, I have confidence in her. Read more >

When looking into a Lasik surgeon, I did extensive research to find the best doctor. I wanted someone experienced, board-certified, fellowship-trained, and patient when answering my many questions. Dr. Cohen went above and beyond with his professionalism, attention to detail, seamless surgical work, and skilled hands.

Originally, I was interested in Lasik surgery. Dr Cohen’s team was so welcoming, patient and nice. He was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. He even gave me other options I didn’t know about. I was really happy that he tried to fit me for all the surgeries and procedures to give me the best outcome regardless of what I thought I wanted when I went in. Absolutely loved him and I will definitely be doing the clear lens exchange with him! So grateful.
