I have been coming to Cohen Eye institute for 5 years now. I may live an hour away, but Dr. Argano and the customer service of the practice are so worth it! My appointment was run so efficiently and pleasantly through each step. Earlier this week I had a different healthcare visit and they kept me an hour late!
Kelly greeted me by name and I couldn’t help but overhear in the waiting room how patiently she approached all of her calls (and there were a lot!). Jen knowledgeably took me through my initial receiving, dilating my eyes and checking my updated prescription. Every time I visit this place I feel like everyone is an old friend.

Dr Cohen is wonderful . He explains all the options you have and helps you make the right decision. Cataract surgery is very easy and painless. Dr Cohen staff is also very nice and helpful.They called in the afternoon at home to find out how I was feeling after surgery.

Been seeing both Dr. Argano and Dr. Chen for years. Recently, I’ve been having some eye issues and getting appointments has been super easy and they are always time. The past two times I’ve been in, I’ve had Valerie and Jen as my technicians and they were both so thorough with their exams before even i even got to see the doctor. Will keep coming back!!
