Call Center has repeatedly left messages for the HVAC dispatcher and have called three times over the last two weeks to get on the schedule with no call back over. Answering service and process is not working and better to have somebody answer the phone at the office to make appointments.
I wanted to revise the review as I received a call back from Carla who was extremely pleasant and apologized for the confusion. She was able to schedule the appointment for nest week and will see how the service goes.
