I will start by saying the second person who came to resolve the issue when our AC stopped working, Mike, was awesome and apologetic that they had to come out twice in two weeks. That said, we are not happy that they had to come out twice in two weeks for an issue that could have been addressed the first visit, and that's why I'm giving three stars. We needed a tune up so after searching for HVAC companies I found this C&S, mom agreed and made the appointment for us. We had a tune up and we're told our system would hold all summer. Our system has an auto shut off if there's too much water in the line, and in the past we've experienced it shutting itself down because water needed to be vacuumed out/the line cleared. We wanted to be proactive and make sure this was addressed before an auto shutdown. Mom asked the tech for confirmation once the tune up was done that the line/pan all...

I had a service completed on 7/11/22 to reattach a duct that came off in the attic. I already knew what the problem was and it was a quick 10-15 minute fix to attach it back with tape.
1. In a text message before the person came out the text said "They would give me up front pricing." This never happened but what the installer said was "Well you know what the problem is you could cancel now and fix it yourself for free. People do this all the time." This was a very strange thing for the person to say.
2. It was a 10 minute fix to tape up and then he sat in his vehicle for 30 minutes to see if it would cool down. Meanwhile I did the correct technical thing of getting a ladder and checking the temp and flow in every vent to ensure cool air was flowing out. After about 30 minutes the installer came back in and said "well it cooled down 2...
