I originally called them to get a quote on Duct Cleaning but when they said it would cost $69 for someone to come out and quote it, I decided to go with the maintenance deal @$169 and get the quote for free since it's an older system and fall is upon us. I'm giving 2 starts instead of one because Christian, the tech, was a nice guy. To the nitty gritty: Christian said I needed to capacitors replaced @ $181 each, the system was low on coolant (he said R410a) and it would cost up to $555 with almost $200 just for labor since it would take about an hour to fill. I called a friend of my husband that used to work in the HVAC industry that still has his license (before Christian left) and he said those capacitors are only about a $20 retail value and the coolant was way too expensive.
