Update: I have still not received a call back, but did get a response regarding this review. I have not been given another option, all I was told was that they would get back to me on what could be done and the cost, which has not happened.

I had Cody & Sons look fix a leak in my shower. After the first visit, they were to order parts needed. It has now been a month since that first visit and I still have not heard anything about a part being ordered. I had to call at least 7 times to get any type of return call as they are TERRIBLE at communication, and from my experience, at customer service. It's disappointing as they are rated very highly and came recommended by a friend that works there.

Again, it's been 1 month for a leak in the shower and all I get from them is "I'll have a manager call".

Evan did a great job. On time, knowledgeable, professional, respectful of property, explained charges well.

The plumbers came in, did the work and cleaned up. They were quite and respectful. My guest not disturbed.

Plumbing maintenance On time, professional, and they explained it everything they were doing, current status if my equipment, and areas I should pay attention to.

Adarius was very professional and courteous.

Jason and his assistant arrived before their scheduled time but with sufficient prior warning. All charges were carefully explained and the plumbing leak was discovered. The repair estimate was prepared and explained and once approved, they completed the repair rapidly. At all times they were careful to protect the hardwood floors from dirt or scrapes. I was provided with video of the problem and their finished work. All in all, excellent work which was reflected in the invoice.

Cody and Sons is the best! I rarely recommend a service like this, but they are my go-to for all things plumbing and HVAC.

Water heater repair. Trouble shoot and fixed the problem ASAP. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you !
