Daniel was on time and explained everything that needed to be done. Finished up in a timely manner. I've used Cody and sons for the 3 properties I own and have always felt that I received good value and service with no hard upselling.

Had yearly ac tuneup. Tech was awesome. Knowledgeable and very polite. VERY THOROUGH! IF this is the service I am to expect then I am in for life! I could not possibly be more pleased! THANK YOU Cody and Sons for all you do!
