My water heater was not working, and after calling on my usual plumbing company (not Cody and Sons), the tech told me he wouldn’t even work on my unit because of the brand and some DIY wiring that the previous owner did… even though my unit was out of warranty anyways. Dismayed, I called Cody and Sons, and Adarius looked at my unit and gave me some options for repairing or replacing. I haven’t decided yet but was pleased with how friendly and professional Adarius was. He took his time to chat with me and give me his honest professional insight. Much appreciated and pretty sure I will be calling on Cody and Sons for the future!
