HVAC tech came to fix my blower and in the process disabled the new mother board on the furnace that was installed 6 months ago. I asked for a manager or someone else to come and look at the board to see if it could be fixed instead of replacing is for $1,200 like the tech requested. It's been 4 days since then. I still have no AC and haven't heard anything from the tech or Cody & Sons. I live less than a mile from their office so I don't understand. Very disappointing.
