Evan went the extra mile to ensure our home was leak free after we detected several gas leaks at our home.

Cody is the best and we always request him when we have plumbing needs.

This place is great. Marissa, the service rep, took time to understand my specific situation. Mike explained the problem with my AC unit in a way that was understandable. Fortunately, the fix was pretty easy. Definitely recommend!

Liberian did not identify the leak this time, I called back and they said they would let me know when someone would be back. No call but someone showed up 2 hours later. Still couldn't repair said the would be back at 10 am, the next day. No one showed up or called by noon, I hired someone else who fixed the issue immediately.

HVAC tech came to fix my blower and in the process disabled the new mother board on the furnace that was installed 6 months ago. I asked for a manager or someone else to come and look at the board to see if it could be fixed instead of replacing is for $1,200 like the tech requested. It's been 4 days since then. I still have no AC and haven't heard anything from the tech or Cody & Sons. I live less than a mile from their office so I don't understand. Very disappointing.

Cody and Sons VIP program for twice-a-year whole home preventative maintenance is such a good bargain. And with awesome techs like Evan you won’t be left with any issues. Evan was very respectful of our home and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our plumbing and HVAC system.

A/C has drain problem. Fixed that, went into attic, checked outside. Did a through job. This is a great business to use for plumbing or a/c work. Great customer service and servicemen are knowledgeable and efficient. Workers are courteous and very hard working. I Have used their service for many years and would recommend them for any of the various services they cover.
