Used this place because of all the great reviews, but my god the prices they charge are insane. Our hot water went out and the receptionist told us it would be 89 dollars for a diagnosis. Well, they charged us 89 dollars to come and simply look it at it. The “deep diagnosis” cost 300 dollars. Turns out our igniter needed replaced. The part cost 40 dollars which was covered by warranty. They said they would come back and replace the igniter for 525 freaking dollars!!! I watched a 10 minutes YouTube video and replaced the part and fixed the water heater myself in 10 minutes. Easiest thing in the world and they were going to charge us a total of 800 dollars! Place is a scam. I would highly suggest getting quotes from other plumbing company’s in Dallas.

What a big let down from my first experience to this. I had an appointment scheduled no one called to let me know that they were running very late I had to call them to find out if someone was coming out. Needless to say I had to go with a different company that will value my time.
