Jeff Boyd is friendly and he knows this HVAC inside and out since he installed it back in 2019.

I've been a loyal customer of Cody and Sons for quite some time, but I'm sad to say that my loyalty is waning due to their continually increasing rates. I definitely understand that costs can rise over time, but Cody and Sons' pricing for their services has reached a point where the cost doesn't align with the service quality, and seems to be beyond reasonable markups when compared to others in the industry.

We recently had to have the refrigerant replaced in our AC unit, and I understand that our R-22 is more expensive, but when reviewing costs post, their markup is significant, and I'd highly recommend doing your due diligence if your require this service with them. Also, we had them out to replace a shower faucet and their quote was double what I received from another reputable company to do the exact same job.

And I know the response on why they charge...

Called for an estimate for an Air Vent cleaning. Christian was our technician he was great at explaining everything that we needed to do to get it back to standards. He left leaving us an estimate very pleased with the service thank you.

Christian came out to our business for regular seasonal maintenance. He came during the early time of our estimated time frame, that's a huge plus! He was thorough, polite, & really took the time to explain things not only an issue that he found but how it functions. Instead of "X is broken..." it was "X is broken, this how it runs & the role it plays in the system, this is how we fix it". Great job Christian!

Rating is a 3, Christian is a 5, office staff is a 1. We had two businesses serviced, they are right next door to each other. Office email communication confirmed we had a contract for one building, turns out we did not. I also asked them about servicing the 2nd building, they confirmed both had appointments, there was only one building on the schedule. I also had to follow up on the first email because because no one ever got back to me...
