Adarius was very professional. Explained the problem and made recommendations on what I can do to avoid or happening again.

I callled C&S after noon in the hopes that they might be able to help me the same day. I was hopeful to hear a technician might be available after they completed their current call. Sure enough I lucked out (as I did call late in the day) and a technition was assigned. Evan and Ethan from C&S arrived. They quickly looked into my plumbing problem as I had explained water was backing up into my shower, coming from the clothes washer. Evan and Ethan resolved the plugged sewer issue and cleaned up the bathroom floor, toilet, and shower stall. I am so grateful C&S bends over backwards to help their Customers. Evan and Ethan are wonderful examples and representatives of C&S professionalism!!!

We live in a high rise residence and Cody D was the plumber along with Andrew, who came and replaced a part in our toilet. They were professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this company and their customer service is excellent.

I have used Cody and Sons for years and have been a yearly plan member for years. They have always been expensive and tend to up-sell you on repairs, but in years past it hasn’t bothered me as I get comfort knowing the plumbing and ac are going to work and there isn’t going to be an outage. But my most recent experience was abysmal. My in-laws have a slab leak and I called and set up an appointment for Cody and Sons to take a look and provide me with an estimate. However, once they were out on the property, they told me that it would cost $525 (on top of the $89 visitation fee). After I balked at that, he said he could charge $375 for the diagnostic and after I balked at that, he said he could do it for $300. If one of those truly is the cost to provide an estimate for the work, I believe the ethical thing to do is to tell someone that the total cost to get an estimate is going to be...

They did a tankless water heater flush and inspected my house for leaks. Cody was very professional and complete. As a bonus, the maintenance contract I have made it all free!

From beginning to end a great experience. The person answering the phone was polite and professional. Adarius called when he was on his way. He was professional and polite. Cody & Sons has helped me out lot over the years. They know what they're talking about, do a good job, and are professional. The yearly check-ups on heating, air, and plumbing are a great deal, and also if you do that you get on the priority list when things go wrong (for instance, when our pipes froze and burst during the February 2021 snowpocalypse). I'm very glad that my neighbors recommended them. Today Cody and Drew came out, and they were great.

Adarius was prompt, polite, and professional. He worked quickly and found the problem, fixed it, and cleaned up his workspace!! It was wonderful.
