My husband and I are so pleased to discover Cody & Sons for plumbing service. On January 15, 2024 / MLK Holiday - during record-breaking cold temperatures and after 5 pm - we suddenly experienced major plumbing problems in our home when we discovered standing water on the floor of our bathroom, standing water in tubs and showers, and no toilets in the house that would flush. We immediately called our regular plumber and were told there would not be any service available until the next day. After Googling plumbing services in Dallas, we began to call / work through the list of service providers looking carefully at online reviews and ratings. We called multiple businesses only to be told there would be no availability until the following day, at the earliest. We were so pleased when Cody & Sons answered our call with a live person and told us they would see what they could do...

Matt cut off an old faucet and pipe in the backyard and replaced it with a new one that, hopefully, won’t freeze up so quickly. I should add that he did an excellent job, and that under 13F weather conditions!
