The service technician really did a thorough job. I didn’t expect him to check everything. But now we know what is needed.

I was very pleased with Cameron's work. He kept us informed of what he was doing and finding. Found the problem and brought the repair cost in at an affordable price. He did a great job of calming about the severity of the problem.

Very negative experience. The clean outs Cody & Sons installed backed up after only a day causing my bathrooms to flood. Not sure if they backfilled improperly or if angle is off. I've been worried about it and called them twice a day to get someone out. The built up pressure ruptured a pipe, and now I have to find somewhere else to live until they can get around to "standing by their work" or I get a different plumber out here. I want to give them the chance to honor their commitment but I'm losing faith in them by the minute.

Edited: Once I got through, they got Evan back out here and he took care of me, I will be sticking with Cody & Sons and probably insisting that Evan is my guy moving forward. He stood by his work and is experienced and I believe an honest guy.
