Totally disappointed
My wife has been calling these guys for the past 5 years and has had great experiences with fair pricing, as fair as you can expect. But the work they did recently to replace ac pump a $60 part costed $625 for 20 min of work. While they tacked on an additional $375 for cleaning the drain line and emergency... they didn't find where it was draining. Work wasn't completed. When i complained they offered to send a plumber but if they couldn't find the line they assured me they would quote me the additional cost. They spent 20 min for a total cost to me of $1000. Won't be calling them again.

Camron did a very great job in installing my new shower handle - having to cut through a section of wall in my pantry! Then replacing the cut piece back neatly into the wall!

Even and Andrew were very helpful and honest. Evan didn’t beat around the bush, he told me straight up about his knowledge of dealing with tankless water heaters what he knew and what he didn’t know about the electrical tankless water heaters. He told me what he can do to help me get hot water running again. Which is why I chose to have him reinstall my new tankless water heater. The other guy’s the came out before Evan and Andrew did was telling me he was going to have to charge me $409 hour to be on the phone with the manufacturer getting info about the product, Evan was willing to do research at home and then help me with my issue. Now that’s honest service. Definitely got a customer for life.
