They were on time, very careful with everything they did, used shoe covers -- not that my floors are clean anyway -- and explained what they were doing -- without "mainsplaining." They spent time looking at everything and watching to ensure the problem was fixed.

I've used them for over eight years and will continue to do so.

We have an old house in Oak Cliff, almost 100 years old. Was recommended to them on Next Door from a neighbor about 7 years ago. And with an older house, you really need a plumber you can count on. They are always dependable, on time, courteous, professional, and have very reasonable rates. Nothing but excellent service from these folks! Have been using them exclusively ever since. Great company!!!

This is my first time to use Cody & Sons. They were referred by my handyman which gave me confidence. They responded really quickly... actually a day ahead of schedule (of course they called me first to make sure that was ok:). I like their policy of not charging for an estimate. You only pay if you agree to have the work done. Very friendly nice guys who had several suggestions to help with our budget! They gave a 2 year guarantee which also gives me confidence going forward.

I have had 2 teams at my house today from Cody & Sons. HVAC got much needed service by Tony along with thermostat repair and relocation. Excellent customer service and I am thrilled that I now have an HVAC company that I can trust.
