Best Experience Ever! Jeff is amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing. I appreciate the thoroughness of finding the problem. I called about a condensation pipe leaking and Jeff SAVED the day. Actually the whole week. He found the problem and fixed it! No only did he fix the problem, he got the referral started for the water restoration. Which then gave the referral for the reconstruction of the damage. Needless to say, I LITERALLY ONLY MADE ONE CALL! My recent appointment with Cody & Sons was great. They contacted me well in advance on our scheduled day to inform me that they'd actually be early to the appointment, which was considerate since many service providers miss the appointment windows or never communicate their timeframe.

Both our technician Matt and his apprentice were considerate of our home and mindful of our pets, not leaving doors open and wearing floor protectors on their boots.

Matt was very knowledgeable about the various issues we had and provided comprehensive estimates for the multiple projects we may need.

We signed up for their yearly maintenance plan, which is great deal considering what you get for your money.
