Finally, I have found a company that tellls me the truth, fixes the problem and answers my questions.

I called them after being told I needed a new blower motor by another company that wanted to charge me $1700.00. Tony came out, checked the used motor I had, connected it and only charged me 250.00. Also, Tony was very professional, clean and well mannered, as was the office personnel. Nice change of pace!

The workers sent out were on time and very professional. They took the time out to explain my issue to me and gave me a written estimate the next day. I am still seriously considering using Cody & Sons. The 4 Star Review is only because they did not do any work.

We've used Cody & Sons Plumbing on three jobs - large and small. In all cases, they've been very responsive and prompt, with reasonable prices (not the cheapest) and excellent workmanship. They explain exactly what is needed and provide detailed cost estimates. In one case, they examined a potential problem and determined that no repair was needed, saving us $1,000+ ! Their crews are professional and polite. Cody & Sons is definitely our "go to" plumbers. Highly recommended.
