Messaged Cody & Sons after finding them on Yelp for help with my A/C that was making an odd noise as well as for some plumbing work in the future. Made an appt. for the next day and the technician, Mike, called to see if it was ok to be about 30 minutes early. Very thoughtful! He arrived with tools and testing equipment in hand and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He went to work and got us cool again quickly and for a fair price. Mike was great. He did not talk down to me and explained and showed me everything he did. I would definitely recommend.

The Technician's work was good, but he left my fence gate open after cleaning the coil in the back yard. My skiddish puppy-mill rescue dog got and I spent 45 minutes in the dark trying to find her. Luckily I got her back but I am very unhappy about this. Their prices also seem very high. I've had good experiences with this company in the past, but the whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be renewing my service plan with this company and will be seeking out another HVAC company to keep on retainer.

Cody was skilled and professional. He arrived promptly, kept us informed, and charged a fair price. We appreciate his work and highly recommend him to others.
