James was extremely nice and very thorough. He did not rush through the work and was constantly checking his work and rechecking his work. Very refreshing for someone who has spent the past 3 years working with a competitor of Cody & Sons and the competitor ALWAYS was of the mindset, “How fast can I get this done and how much money can I bill the client and get out of here”. I’ve had headaches, not to mention leaks, one after another with a very well known competitor that could not make a simple connection correctly. I will NEVER use anyone again except Cody & Son’s. I hope all of the technician are as knowledgeable, friendly and diligent as James was.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, professional, courteous, timely. Repaired a leak in our backyard in 45 minutes and figured out an issue with our outdoor sink that has never worked. We are new to the area and will be using this company as long as we live here.

AC stopped blowing cool air. Technician was transparent through each step and explained what he was doing. I had many questions about a full replacement and he was patient and informative. Felipe was fantastic! First, before he ever came inside he put little slipper thingys on his shoes. Not necessary but a nice touch and very thoughtful. He was quick, thorough, explained everything clearly and concisely and fixed us right up. I feel like Cody & Sons has a great reputation because they hire great people like Felipe. And they just plain do good work. :)
