The company is very courteous and professional. My hot water tank ruptured and they worked me into their scheduling that day. The lady answering the phone was polite and she followed up to let me know that they finished another job early, and they could come sooner than scheduled. The technicians were clean cut, professional, and did a great job. The price was reasonable and they cleaned up the mess before leaving. I highly recommend them.

I called Cody and Sons to get an estimate for a bathroom sink that the cold water was not running through. Two guys came out and after a few trips to their vehicle they came and told me they replaced a stem and we’re going out to write up my bill. I didn’t know what to say. He came back in and told me my bill was $169! I explained that we were just suppose to be getting an estimate. He apologized and said he could not do an estimate without changing out the parts. He was a nice gentleman for the whole 20 minutes he was here. He replaced a $14 part from Home Depot. Then charged $169. Not estimated. Charged! Cody and Sons just costs to much and has bad communication to customers. After paying him my husband still has to go to Home Depot to get a new aerator. The plumbers apparently don’t carry these! Too much $$ and still not 100%!
