Super fast, fair priced, and professional service from scheduling to repair. Michael was our technician, and he was courteous, timely, and did an excellent job at explaining what needed to be done from beginning to end. Could not recommend more highly.

All the good reviews are true, these guys are honest, professional, and they came to fix the problem not just to sell us a new system. It's a good feeling to know that companies like this still exist. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The technicians were extremely nice and efficient. They were 45 minutes late; however once they arrived they began work to unclog my sink and got the work done in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable.

Along with half of Dallas, my downstairs a/c stopped working on 7/20/18. After being turned down for service by another company, I left a service request for Cody and Sons over the weekend and they promptly contacted me on the following Monday, offering me the next available appointment the following Friday. They gave me a window from 3:00 to 6:00. I was very pleased to get a call from the tech at 2:30 saying he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived, the tech quickly diagnosed the problem and conducted all necessary repairs quickly and cleanly, and I believe at a fair price. I am sorry I do not remember the tech's name, but he was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely use Cody & Sons again when circumstances require such services.

Cody and Sons was incredibly pleasant to work with! Responsed promptly and kindly to all messages and concerns through yelp. They called both my husband and me when they were on the way and arrived right on time. They were efficient and professional and fixed the problem at the quoted price in less than 30 minutes. Michael was on time, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the issue quickly, told me about how much it would be and fixed it using parts from his truck. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Just a tad cheaper and they would have gotten 5 stars :)
