Jeff came to my townhouse and stayed for at least half an hour, taking a look at every part of my AC system that could be causing my high energy bills, then explained exactly what the issue was, how to fix it and what to look out for in the future. After all that, he didn't charge me for anything other than the refrigerant he added. 10/10, will call again.
