Unless you want to go 2 days without your heater and them they tell you it's your fault then dont call this company. Spoke with owner who was the rudest out of everyone I encountered. I paid them 205$ for 15 min of work to change a gas flex pipe on my water heater. The technician did not go in my attic to light my burner again for the heater to actually turn on. Now I have to leave work to meet them and no accommodation or apologies. Their leg to stand on is that they just had a another hvac tech to my house who noted down the year of my furnace. So he went off that instead of verifying what needed to be done. I'm convinced all their reviews are coerced with some sort of discount i was overcharged and received horrible service.
